We aim to ensure that your healthy snacks are delivered to you quickly, safely, and efficiently.

✅ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after placing the order and a shipping confirmation once the package is dispatched.

✅ Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking link

  • Courier partner name

  • Shipment ID / AWB Number

You can track your order through the provided link or on the courier’s official website.

✅ Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply based on the total order amount, location, and ongoing offers.

  • Any applicable charges will be visible at checkout before payment.

✅ Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

  • NutriBites is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Additional charges may apply if a re-shipment is required due to an incorrect address.

✅ Missed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable:

  • They will attempt 1–2 more re-deliveries.

  • If the order returns due to non-acceptance, re-shipping charges may apply.

✅ Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Product Delivered

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
