Refund & Return Policy – NutriBites

Thank you for choosing NutriBites (mrnutritionist.in).

We take great care to ensure that all our snack products are fresh, sealed, and handled hygienically.

Since our items are consumable food products, returns are limited to specific cases only.


✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements ONLY if:

  1. You received a damaged product

  2. The product received is wrong / incorrect

  3. The product received has quality issues

To qualify for a return/replacement request, you MUST provide:

✔ Order ID

✔ Clear photos of the product and packaging

Mandatory unboxing video showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process the return request.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

  • The product is opened, used, or partially consumed

  • The customer changed their mind after delivery

  • The customer does not like taste/texture (taste is subjective)

  • Delivery failed due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer


✅ Refund Policy

A refund will be issued ONLY in the following cases:

  • Approved Replacement product will be delivered in 5 days

  • A replacement product is not available or out of stock

  • The shipment was lost in transit by the courier

Refund Timeline:

7–10 business days (after approval)

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.


✅ Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will ship a new replacement product at no extra cost.

Replacements are not offered if:

  • The customer provides incomplete or false information

  • Tampering is noticed in the product or packaging


✅ Missing or Incorrect Items

If any item from your order is missing:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video + photos


⏳ Time Limit for Claims

You must raise return/replacement/refund requests within:

48 hours of delivery

Requests raised after this timeline will not be accepted.
