  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is packed and handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you may not cancel or refuse delivery.

  • Incorrect address or non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery does not qualify as a cancellation.

⏳ Refund After Cancellation

If the cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
